By using EDMReseller as a permission-based email marketing tool, you agree to the following conditions.
Trial terms
Trial accounts are limited to 250 subscribers and up to 500 emails. Every message is manually reviewed during the trial, so messages may be delayed. You can upgrade at any time. If you have not upgraded by the end of the trial, you can still log in and manage your lists, but you cannot send.
EDMReseller has a zero-tolerance spam policy that we take very seriously. Your account, or your customer's account, will be terminated if it sends unsolicited email.
Anti-spam
EDMReseller supports permission-based email only. Accounts that send unsolicited email will be terminated. See our summary of anti-spam laws.
End User Service Agreement
The End User Service Agreement (EUSA) is a legal contract between EDMReseller and you, our customer. It sets out how the software service may and may not be used, and any restrictions EDMReseller imposes.
Prohibited content and commerce
EDMReseller may not be used for many types of commercial activity, including pornography, hate speech and illegal products or services.
Cancellation policy
Either party may cancel a user's EDMReseller account at any time for any reason. To cancel, call us on +852 3504 3712, email [email protected], or write to:

Amounts paid are not refundable. Subscriptions are prepaid, so a cancellation in the middle of a payment term (month, quarter or year) takes effect on the last day of that term. Cancellation emails must come from the email address on record for the account.
Expired or declined payment
Letting a credit card expire, or not paying by cheque, does not cancel your account: we keep your data and access in place, and the monthly charge continues to accrue until we receive a cancellation notice. We notify the email on record if a payment is declined and may follow up by phone or mail. Accounts unpaid for 3 months may be referred to a collection agency.
Your data after cancellation
As set out in our privacy policy, data from cancelled accounts is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Export everything you want to keep before cancelling.
